Hey Guys!

I hope everyone is well…

We are planning a ride at Blankets Creek this upcoming Saturday morning in Canton, GA and hope any/all of you can make it. Meeting time and details are yet to be finalized, but we will post an update this week regarding the details (what time, what we're doing etc).

Let us know if you're interested and we hope to see you guys out there on Saturday, our last Saturday before the Nov. 15th Currahee Adventure Duathlon!

Again, addl details forthcoming…

Hey Guys,

Ragan and I are going to head up to Blankets Creek on Saturday and begin biking at 7am. We plan to do 2 laps of dwellings (intermediate) and maybe a bit of mosquito flats on the way out. We will be done and out of there by 830am so we can get back to the families. If anyone wants to join us that would be great. I know some of you have already expressed interest in biking already.

If anyone wants to run/bike/run, per Steve's email to the nomar group yesterday, he's heading up at 6:30am to do that as well.

So we've got a little bit of everything going on Saturday for you to do…Hope to see you guys up there Saturday 11/8!

Have a great week everyone!  -Scot

Let's look at doing Van Michaels as well as 2 loops of Dwellings.  Thats only 12 or so miles and would be a great a tune up for Currahee.  We can have Van done in 28 min. and each dwelling done in 22 min. putting us at just over an hour.  I would also be up for a loop of South if any takers.  I plan on running 30-45 min. and will be there at 6:15 and ready to run a little before 6:30am.  After the bike if any takers I would like to run another 30 min.  I would like to be out by 9am so quick transitions are going to be key.

What do you think and looking forward to it?
